Lumut, Perak, Malaysia
Lumut is the port town of Perak, Malaysia and is also the gateway to Pangkor Island, Malaysia. Although I have been here a few times but had not stayed to explore until recently. From a busy town previously to a very quiet place now with very few tourist.

A riverside town
Small towns in Malaysia, especially along river side or by the sea, are getting more popular among the foodies. These places have their specialty which the foodies must have a go at it and "boast" about their discovery. My wife, from her facebook reading of this small riverside town with fantastic sea food, "dragged" me to look for this town known as Kuala Kurau/Kuala Gula in the state of Perak, Malaysia. I am not one who would go out of the way to look for food.
